Paddi LeShane
Treasurer, Hartford Housing Authority
As co-founder and CEO of the two Sullivan & LeShane companies, Paddi is a seasoned business owner/leader and communications strategist with expertise in local and state government relations, strategic media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, market entry strategies and finding solutions to client problems and needs. With a diversified background, she provides tailored solutions to client challenges and opportunities with creative problem-solving, deep knowledge and experience in state and local governments and a keen sense of the surrounding political environment.
Paddi serves as a member and secretary of the Board of Trustees at the University of Saint Joseph, as well as on the Executive Committee, and is the past chair of the Women’s Leadership Center there. Appointed by former Governor M. Jodi Rell to serve on the steering committee of the Governor M. Jodi Rell Center for Public Service. Paddi is active in the Greater Harford community, serving as a volunteer for organizations that focus on developing and empowering women and emerging leaders to serve as change agents within their communities. She served for 11 years as an appointed Commissioner of the Hartford Parking Authority and as chair for six years.
Paddi holds a Master’s in Healthcare Finance from The Rensselaer Lally School of Business in Troy, NY, and a BS in Community Leadership and Development from Springfield College in Springfield, MA.
