HCV Landlord Partner Portal
Thank you for being a valued landlord in the Housing Authority City of Hartford Housing Choice Voucher Program. We are excited to introduce the Partner Portal, a new way to view payment information, print your 1099’s, view upcoming inspections, view inspections results including their failed items.
Per our records, you are currently an active landlord receiving Housing Assistance Payments in the HCV program.

Your Tax ID Number and an email address is required for Partner Portal registration.
While HACH is currently closed to the public due to the global pandemic, this is a good way to view and keep your information up to date.
