NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the Proposed 2023 Annual PHA Plan
The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford will conduct a public hearing to discuss its Proposed 2023 Annual PHA Plan. The proposed Annual PHA Plan includes significant amendments to the Low-Income Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Administrative Plan.
