Unfortunately, our Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) waitlist is closed. However,  you can visit www.cthcvp.org or www.affordablehousingonline.com for Connecticut agencies that open their waitlist for numerous programs.

Project-Based Voucher ProgramThe Project-Based Voucher Program allows low-income families to live in specific properties within Hartford with subsidized rents. HACH is not currently accepting applications for our PBV program.
